Registrants receive access to an exclusive training dashboard. Through the mobile app, MetREV participants will have access to proven workouts and personalized info straight from Brian. The app includes instructional videos demonstrating exercises with proper form. In addition, you are encouraged to use the online interface to make notes on nutrition and other accomplishments. You can easily shoot Brian questions as you work your way through the program. It’s a great way to get organization, guidance, and accountability and feedback all around your schedule.
